SHIPPING & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Refunds. Exchanges only accepted with braid hair within three days of purchase. Products must be unopened, unused, and in original package with original receipt. We reserve the right to not issue exchange if product is open or used. JerJay Beauty Supply, assumes no responsibility for customers use of any product purchased. It is the customer's responsibility to determine and follow proper usage guidelines. No further warranty of any kind is expressed or implied.

 

Items will be shipped to address given upon checkout. Please allow 3 to 5 Business days to allow preparation of your order before being shippped. Shipping can take up to 14 days to receive based on the Carrier. Customers are responsible for shipping fees.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible or held liable for damages caused by handling caused by shipping of USPS, DHL, FEDEX , UPS, ETC carriers.

 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
